Bespoke 121 Online Performance Coaching
Performance Coaching is offered to students of all ages. A student would need between 10-14 individual coaching sessions to fully benefit, but this can vary based on your child’s situation and needs. The first coaching session lasts 1 hour 15 minutes. Subsequent coaching sessions last 60 minutes.

I work collaboratively with each student on a range of handpicked and carefully selected strategies and coaching activities suitable to enable students to reach their full potential. However, my sessions usually follow a pattern of:

Inner Coach & Key Strengths
In our first sessions, we focus on raising awareness of our frequently occurring ‘thinking errors’ and unhelpful performance habits & we explore ways to challenge and change these to optimise confidence and unlock our full potential using our Signature Strengths & Inner Coach!
In these sessions, students experience a realisation of their frequent & unhelpful thinking patterns that reduce wellbeing & performance, and we start working together on replacing unhelpful thought habits by practicing affirmative thoughts, calling on our Inner Coach and using our unique Signature Strengths!

Goals2GET
We then move onto the Goals2GET, where we build confidence, motivation, authentic happiness & positive emotion from the field of Positive Psychology, as well as develop a Growth Mindset, finding our unique path to success, setting Goals2GET.
In these sessions, students start working on enhancing their confidence and self-belief. We work at optimising our mindset & find the right strategies to accomplish our unique goals, building an ‘attitude of gratitude’, using our Inner Coach and Signature Strengths every step along the way!

Vision 4 the Future
We then reach the realising ‘My Vision for the Future’ sessions, where we start reflecting on our journey taken and next steps. We celebrate our achievements in realising our goals, our more positive relationships with ourselves and those around us & and how we are gaining control of our Mindset
In these sessions, students really start to see how ‘goals are not just about what you achieve, but about who you become’. As we are starting to see how we are growing better relationships, reaching our goals and setting new inspiring (bigger!) goals to push ourselves to reach our full potential by developing our unique Vision Board!
